HOW IT WORKS
  • Step 1: Open the bottle’s top door.
  • Step 2: Push the rod down inside the bottle.
  • Step 3: Open the pod holder.
  • Step 4: Remove the seal from the flavor pod.
  • Step 5: Insert the pod into the holder with the arrow pointing up. Make sure it’s flat against the chamber and slide it up until it’s snug.
  • Step 6: Close the pod holder.
  • Step 7: Push the rod up between the start lines to activate the pod.

Customer service iss horrible i tried reaching out several times. By phone it goes to a v/mail and no one has called back. Email & no reply. As far as the product the flavors are just okay water bottle size two big gulps you're done and the setup is a bit much and also the cartridge does not last three to six refills of water. Basically if you're a big fan of drinking water this is not for you. It also took 2 weeks if not more for me to receive my order.

Can’t give a review when the item hasn’t even shown up! It’s been two weeks since ordered and I have just gotten excuses. I sent a email and was told it was going out that day, and it didn’t.
